- Sowing Season: March to June; Spacing between the rows: 30 cm and 25 cm between the plants; Sow the seeds at a maximum depth of 0.5 cm and then cover and water; Germination: 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 18 ᵒC;
- Should be sown directly in their final location, i.e. in containers of various types, including vases, pots, beds or cultivation tables. The aim is to grow fruits, salads, roots and aromatic herbs both in an agricultural context and in urban gardening;
- Harvest: June to November; Ideal growing temperature: 18 to 25 ᵒC; Exposure to sun: direct sunlight; Watering: always keep the soil damp, but not permanently soaked;
- Black cumin seeds are widely used in cooking and traditional medicine to treat infections and inflammation, hypertension, asthma, diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis.
